Las bandas elásticas se venden en paquetes de 3 con diferentes resistencias para permitirte adaptar la resistencia y el ejercicio según sea necesario. Los diferentes niveles de resistencia te permiten desarrollarte y te dan la oportunidad de variar tu entrenamiento y tu rehabilitación. Viene en una pequeña bolsa donde puedes guardarlas después de tu entrenamiento.
